How do I apply for the non profit discount?

I followed the link to the non profit page and selected that I'm already a user. I was taken to another page where I tried to select apply for discount and nothing resulted from my attempt to click.

And submit it, you will get a confirmation that your application has been sent. Then you will need to wait a couple of days, because our applications team will review it. Let us know if you have more questions.
