WHY DO YOU KEEP DOWNGRADING MY ACCOUNT!

    You just took out $19.00 on April 3rd...and I get downgraded????  I dont even have a billing option on my account now to see what could be the issue.  PLEASE resolve this and get my account back to where I had it.  Thanks
