    Hi,

I wonder if you could please help me

    My form is   https://eu.jotform.com/build/70924166537360

I am trying to add a + symbol to add a duplicate field (also to have a delete x button) below my existing field called Name of Part which is made by using the Auto Complete widget, so customers can order more than one part.

I know I can add the + and x via the configurable widget but how can I apply it to my Auto Complete widget. I need to use the Auto Complete widget as there are going to be hundreds of parts to choose from.

    Thanks,

    Dale

    Hello Dale,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to dynamically add the options in your auto complete field?

You can add "Configurable List' widget in your form which will allow users to add / remove text but it is currently not possible to dynamically add configurable list data or from any other source to your auto complete field.

    Thank you!

    Ok I understand.
Can I then add a field before the Name of Part field called number of parts required that will give that number of Name of Part fields ? Will changing that number down remove the right amount or do I also need have an x to remove ones not required ?
Then is there a way to add an up/down number box for them to say how many of those they need ?
    Thanks,
    Dale

Using the configurable list widget, you can add dropdown lists and most other form elements without any issues. You can also add a dropdown element from our form element, and call it "Quantity" for example, and assign values to each option to pass as a number.

    Thank you.
