    Why do I get an error "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed"

    Hi Mike.
    Thank you for moving the forms to my new account.
    I'm testing the "Crown Auto - Dealer Application" form (form
    50833824182152) and I'm having a couple of problems. On my first test,
    the form did not go through. I submitted and then all that was left on
    the page was the reCaptcha.
    I tested again, but when I submitted, I received the following message:
    Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.
    Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.
    I never had this issue before. The form used to work just fine. Can you
    test on your end? Also, I looked at the form's Settings, but I don't see
    a switch to allow multiple submissions.

    Hey Ron, you're seeing this error because you have enabled the UNIQUE SUBMISSION option to CHECK COOKIES ONLY. This means that the form is looking for a browser cookie to check for multiple submissions.

    If you don't want this behavior, just disable the feature by clicking SETTINGS at the top > SHOW MORE OPTIONS button > scroll down until you see UNIQUE SUBMISSIONS > then change CHECK COOKIES ONLY to NO CHECK.
