I'm trying to diagnose what's happening, but not sure. Seems like the uploads that are erroring may be .docx filles, but the platform accepts those, so not sure what the deal is. Jpg and PDF seem fine.
Can you advise?

I just tested your form, and I was able to view the exact submission, and download the .docx file. So I could not replicate the issue, I think it might be a browser issue, can you try clearing JotForm cache and cookies, logging on back again, or test it with a different browser, and see if you still have the same issue.
