When i make changes to the mail settings of this form, it does not take. I have tried to delete all email rules, but this does not work. The below form has the identical email settings i would like this form to have and it works.

Can you please explain what exactly does not work? do you not receive submissions when you submit the form? Is it emailing the wrong address? I have checked your form and I can see that the email body is different, so I'm assuming that's not what you're referring to.
