    My autoresponder email settings are not working

    I've set up an autoresponder email to use a specific replyto: email address and a 'Verified' from: email address. I tested these settings two days ago, and everything worked as expected. Yesterday it stopped working, and I've been unable to fix it. I received an email from jotform saying that the SMTP settings were not configured properly, but even the 'verified' option is not working. Additionally, the replyto email is also not being included properly.

    Please help. This feature does not work without the ability to configure those settings.

    Have you tried editing your SMTP settings as shown on this guide? https://www.jotform.com/help/241-How-to-Edit-Delete-Sender-Emails-on-SMTP-Settings 

    I would also suggest you to delete the autoresponder, and set it up again. Let us know if you need more help.
