    Our hyperlink on thank you page does not work properly.

    On this form, we put a hyperlink to another survey from another company.  In testing, it worked.  Now the link goes to the other site's server but says "network error".  When we click on the same hyperlink from within an email or other source, it opens the new questionnaire on their server without issues. 


    Is this their server's problem in not recognizing or accepting from JotForm, or is there something we did incorrectly in inserting the link on our thank you page

    How did you test your form https://form.jotform.us/63332445961154 that worked when you did?

    I test it on my end by submitting the form in actual using its own URL.  The link in the Thank You message of the form work just fine for me.

    Here is the video of my test.

    As you can see on the video, I clicked on the link and it loaded the website page https://www.asqonline.com/family/fd306c

    I am not able to reproduce the issue at this time. Let us know if issue still persist.

    Thank you. The tech support on the ASQ site (where link lands) made some adjustment and now it is working. Not jotform, their issue.
