Form is disabled?

    All my forms are now disabled, but when I go to settings it states they are all enabled.  What do I do?

    Your account was auto-suspended by the phishing detector system because it collected credit card information in plain text fields.


    You agreed upon acceptance of the Terms of Use that the Company ( meaning Jotform) may terminate your Jotform service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining sensitive information, such as and not limited to: credit cards, Social Security Numbers or login credentials, or any other sensitive personal information such as banking sensitive coding.




    Please be aware that this is illegal because it's considered a phishing activity, which violates our terms. Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information.  The only services allowed to collect  such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

    Your account has been activated and your forms are clean now. Please refrain from elaborating this type of forms drawing unwanted attention.
