Display a form directly on an email

I want to send out a Thank you letter using my email to a client,

But i also want them to put a review on my business.

I have created a form with two icons with a direct link to each of my social media pages.

Can I place this form for them to see right away when receiving their email?

or does Jotform always make them click on a link to view their email?

You can include this format in the Autoresponder email. I would suggest doing it this way instead of displaying a whole form which is not possible unless you will make this as a custom thank you page (which is not an email).
