Changing from bronze to free plan

Hi there,

Since my nonprofit is active only a few months of the year, I would like to save money by reverting back to the free plan during the off-season. Will I lose the forms and responses that I currently have?

You'll not be losing any forms or responses if you downgrade the account to Free. If your account is having more than 5 forms, you'll not be able to create new forms. But if you are having more than 500 submissions, the oldest submissions will be deleted after downgrading to Free. I have checked your account and see that your account is currently holding 5 forms with 60 submissions. So, you'll not be losing any forms or submissions from your account.
