Why Button Radios & Configurable List is not appearing or working suddenly on my form ??

    It was working fine before recently I noticed it's not working anymore. Why Button Radios & Configurable List is not appearing or working suddenly on my form ??

    Hello towhidurmahadi,

    I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. "Button Radios" and "Configurable List" widget does gets displayed in your form correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists. Have you embedded your form in any webpage where you are having this issue with? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look.

    I cleared your Form Cache to see if that will help. Clear your browser's cache and cookies from your end too. As far as I can tell, there shouldn't be any issues, unless you can tell us how we can reproduce this on our end, please let us know so we can do further tests.
