    How to remove template image from notification email?

    I used a template from your site: Pachira Partners. And I can't find out how to remove the original image on the notification email. I'm not sure if this image was sent to the submitter as well. 

     

    The form works as intended but I see no place where this image is located in the Build or Settings area of the form. 

     

    Please let me know next steps to remove. 

     

    Also, the test email function does not show this image. It is only on actual submit.

    You may remove the image in the notification email by editing the notification. Please see the screencast below created using cloned form that can help you with removing the image from the notification.

    That worked. Thanks.. When trying to use Chrome to edit, the image did
    not appear. It only appeared in IE.

    The image might not be appearing in the Chrome browser due to browser cache issue. You may try clearing the cache and see if that works. Glad to see that the issue is now resolved for you by using IE. Please do not hesitate to get back to us if you need any further assistance.
