I want to upgrade but I paid for the whole year. can I just pay the difference?

    I have brinze subscription until September 2017. I want to upgrade to silver. There is no option to select pay the difference. Do I lose the credit?

    Unfortunately since you were using Paypal as the mode of payment to your subscription payment, there is no such option in Paypal that will allow changing the payment contract/billing of subscription by paying only the difference amount to upgrade to a higher subscription plan.

     The still remaining amount on the previous payment cannot be refunded anymore as well since Paypal is limited to up to 60 days only to revert payments.

    What is possible instead is to just upgrade the subscription by paying the full amount required for the upgraded plan (i.e. upgrade your BRONZE plan to SILVER plan). And then will just make adjustments by crediting the remaining unused amount from previous plan to the new upgraded plan.

    Example, since it is not yet September 2017, the remaining amount/value on your current contract if you upgrade now will be added instead as equivalent credit to the new SILVER plan.  Instead of refunding the amount from the existing previous plan, it will be credited as paid month/s in the new plan. I.E. if you upgraded your plan to SILVER-Monthly for 1 month only, the refund amount from previous contract can be converted to equivalent Silver monthly credit.. so instead of 1 month SILVER only, the new upgrade will have 2 months(SILVER plan)

    What if I want to upgrade for one month only, or add 200 submissions for one month only? I already did all the submission boost options.

    I did check your account and found that you have already switched your subscription to silver monthly subscription plan and invoice reflect prorated refund. Please check the screenshot below:
