500 Internal Server Error When Editing Forms

    For the last few days any time I try to edit a contact form I get a 500 Internal Server Error - nginx. Is there an issue that you are a ware of an working on or ...? Really need to make some changes to my forms, but am unable to. I've linked to one of the forms in question, but all of the forms in my account are receiving the same server side error.

    I cloned your form (https://www.jotform.com/70514585574967) and checked it on my end but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. 

    However, I tried to open the link you have provided and I also got the error you have mentioned.
