My Account has been downgraded

    Good morning.

    On March 28 I used a new credit card to purchase the Silver package and made a yearly payment of $390 to Jotform.

    Our account has now been downgraded to free.

    Can some one please contact me so that we can rectify this issue?

    I checked your account and I noticed that you have subscribed to Silver Yearly Plan last March 28, 2017. Your account was downgraded back to free because the previous plan Premium Yearly expired on March 26, 2017. 

    I have now changed your account status into Silver Yearly Plan.
