When we downloaded a report for the 'Helpline Enquiry Log' some of the information looks to be corrupted. Do you know why this would happen?

The submission data isn't corrupted. The reason why you're seeing it that way was because you enabled Form Encryption.
Complete guide: What-Are-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them-as-Expert
Please keep in mind that when you enable encryption, your submission data will be encrypted everywhere and the only places where you can decrypt your data are:
1. From the Submission Page
2. Or through Email
Reports, exports, downloads, etc. will always be encrypted and there's no way to decrypt them from those sources directly.
To give you an idea how to decrypt your submission data, both from your Submissions page and from Email, refer to the following clips:
1. Via Submission page:
2. Via email notification:
If you need more info, just click the link I gave above.
To sum it up, these are your options:
1. Either continue with the encryption and restrict yourself from viewing decrypted data from the Submissions Page and Email
2. Or, disable encryption now and have an option to export your submission data, unencrypted, anywhere
It's worth noting that previously encrypted data can not be decrypted even if you disable encryption now. You can only decrypt them on those 2 places I mentioned above.
