    Email Noficitations: Why images are not loading in the Outlook app for Windows?

    Hotmail/Outlook issues with imagery - can someone take a look and see if I have some settings missing or something?


    The attached is opened using outlook on a windows machine

    Could you please try to open this email using the web version instead of Outlook, to see if these images are shown correctly there? Thank you in advance.

    Hi Aidan,

    Unfortunately these submissions won't be accessed through webmail address, only through Outlook so this is where I need the issue resolved

    Images do appear (though weirdly formatted) when viewing through a browser, but the primary concern is outlook

    I've just cloned your form and tested the email notification on my end, I cannot seem to replicate the problem  even when viewing the email in a web browser. 

    As per your screenshot, seems like resources are not loaded, this may be due to filters in your internet connection or any other security method that blocks the email resources. 

    I would suggest you to try opening your emails while connected to a different network or try with a different computer to find if the issue persists. You may also try deleting the current email notification and adding a new one

    You could also check that anything from JotForm is blocked either in the network or in the antivirus software you're using, otherwise you may continue experiencing the problem.
