Could you add a filter to forms so although all forms are in the same folder we can easily identify the sub-set of completed forms?

The purpose we're using the forms for at moment is to assist the decision making process for functions around our web services development.

Process is we prepare a card in trello detailing the function.

One of the business owners writes a jotform making a summary of proposed feature and prediction about future earnings.

Software Project Manager and lead developer also add comments.

When all form is completed the business owners return to make a decision about to process, place on hold or archive the development proposal.

We have forms various stages of completeness.  Would like to filter perhaps by

    complete

    awaiting owner decisions

    awating lead developer comments etc.

Thank you for the detailed explanation.

I believe the feature you are looking is already available on the MyForms page. (Please see the screenshot below)

In the screenshot, you will see that I have created 3 Folders. How-to-Add-or-Group-Your-Forms-into-Folders

Notice that each form belongs to two different folders namely, "Awaiting Owner Decisions" and "Awaiting Lead Developer Comments". That Folder indicator serves as a mark which means that a form is still waiting for approval.

You can set that by clicking the form and clicking the Folder option above. (Multiple forms can also be selected)

That also means that the form belongs to two different folders in the MyForms page.

If let's say, for example, the form is already completed, you can click the form and click the Folder button to uncheck the "Awaiting Owner Decisions" and "Awaiting Lead Developer Comments". Then, check the "Completed" folder and click the Apply button after. This will remove the form from the "Awaiting Owner Decisions" and "Awaiting Lead Developer Comments" folders and it will now only belong to the "Completed" folder.

I hope this helps. If, in any case, I have misunderstood your concern, please feel free to contact us again anytime and we will be glad to help you.

    Thank you.
