El formulario transforma los caracteres

Hola, después de un día que no funcionaba jotform. Uno de nuestros formularios cambio todos los caracteres que llevaban acentos a otros diferentes. Cada vez que lo corregimos los cambia. y no encontramos el botón "para guardar cambios".

I tested with your form and it looks like the form itself is bugged.  I deleted all the fields from my test copy then added them back and it fixed the issue.

If you clone it to your account it should work as expected and not change characters:

I cleared your forms cache to see if that would allow for the fields to update.  If it does not, oddly enough, deleting a field then restoring it with the revision history or undoing the deleting with cntrl+z on the keyboard should refresh the field and allow for special characters to stay.
