The form is not showing all questions. What is the problem?

I have checked the form on your website where your form is embedded. I have clicked the Feedback button and your form pops up showing all the fields. (Please refer to the screenshot below)
Perhaps you were able to fix the issue you described in this thread on your end. Otherwise, please let us know and give us more information.

Yes I know but the form I created is twice as long... with more questions

At first, I thought it was an issue with how the form is embedded. I would like to apologize. And thank you for the clarification. In order for me to help you, I have created a clone version of the embedded form in my account. I found out that there are a lot of issues indicated by "
I found out that there are a lot of issues indicated by "MISSING FIELDS" in your form's conditions.
I would suggest you check the conditions in your account and make sure to remove or edit/update each condition that has the said warning.
