Audio recording widget does not allow for recording

Dear Team, 

i have tried to use this audio recording for interview process but seem it doesn't work tried to record and I dont hear a thing even after submission there is nothing in the submission file. Pls kindly see for me what's the problem or if you suggest any better widget. Also pls suggest me for video record as I would prefer both audio and video widget.

I tested your form and was able to use the recording widgets in both Chrome and FireFox.  When clicking on the widget, I am prompted to share my recording device:

After sharing the device, recording begins.  Clicking on stop halted the recording and I was able to successfully play back the recording.  As far as I can tell, this should be working.

As for recording video directly in the form, we do not currently have any widgets that are capable of doing so.  Users would need to record the video and then upload it through a file upload field.
