I cannot view my total submissions,

    From the older Forms, all the submissions are deleted although i have a submission total of 500 and only 64 submissions used so far.

    Did you delete the submissions? If didn't, let us know on which form the submissions were deleted, so we can check further.

    I did not delete anything .... The submissions just vanished.

    Dear Susanne,

    As far as I check your account from our Admin Panel you seems to have 65 submissions in your account and all of them remains.

    Please check your submissions by entering via the following URL: https://eu.jotform.com/

    If the issue still persists, let us know.
