How can I display both the 24 hour time and AM/PM time formats using the time element?

When using the "time" element with the 24 hour time format enabled is there a way to display the corresponding AM/PM time as well? We would like to force users to fill out this field using the 24 hour format but still be able to view the corresponding AM/PM time for reference. The corresponding AM/PM field can be a plain text field that sits underneath or beside the 24 hour format field. We attempted to use a calculated field to solve this issue but non of the calculations seem to provide the correct result.

I am afraid that we do not have an option to display selected time in both formats.

Unfortunately, the calculation tool cannot convert the time format either.
