Is it possible to insert hyperlinks in the question for Short Text Entry, Long Text Entry, Single choice, etc?

    Is it possible to insert hyperlinks in the question for Short Text Entry, Long Text Entry, Single choice, etc?

    I need to include a URL link out to another page and would like to be able to do it within the question.

    You can use hyperlinks as field options, but not as field labels:

    When added to a field label, only the text will be show.  However, when added an radio/single choice field option, the links are clickable:
