We do not seem to be getting the email notifications consistently. I have done a few tests from the "Write Up" form, but they were coming through to sometimes 1, 2, or 3 of the intended recipients. So I then created a forwarding address on my end, and I have tried a test to that and that has not come through.Page URL:

I checked your email history and it looks like the email send from your address via SMTP failed but the one sent from our email@example.com email address should have gone through. Check your spam junkmail folder to see if it has. If you need to send via SMTP, make sure you are settings are correct:
A couple of your addresses were on our bounce list(chadd@ and cheryl@ I believe were the two) . It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam. When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
I removed your address from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again. For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:
If you believe other email addresses are on our bounce list, you can remove them from your end:
