I started a Disney Fish extender group and using your forms I can get all the info from them after they submit. My question is, what is the best way to separate the groups of submissions into 10 in each group and name the group? I also need this to be linked/or easily updated on facebook. I tried using the Excel sheet provided on your site but it doesn't save the info or update from new submissions.

You can try use Google spreadsheet integration instead.
In Google docs, you can use the Import function of the spreadsheet to manipulate the Submission sheet data to another sheet.
Make sure you do not touch or modify the Submission sheet used by google integration to avoid breaking the integration.
The imported data can be manipulated then separately from your form submission data.

Only 19 Submissions have transferred over but I have 24 with more on the way. To I have to do something to make more show up?

I checked your integration and found out that you have a missing submission ID column on your sheet.
Can you please remove the integration and re-integrate your form? Please don't remove the Submission-ID column from your sheet, since it has a connection to insert your submission information to your sheet.
