Adding Paypal

When I select the Paypal option to my form, it automatically gives me the option "Registration" which I want but it also give me 3 more additional options, Extra Fees 1, Extra Fees 2, Extra Fees 3, which I  don't want listed.  I  only sell one tuition.  How do I get rid of these 3 that I don't want.  I didn't set it up that way.  I've already tried your tutorial.

Follow the screenshot provided below to delete the options you don't need on the form.
