PLEASE - I am begging you to call me, email me txt me at 262.620.2018 and restore our files.
Would like to back them up as well... move a copy of all files from 5Kforms to 5Kevents so this dosnt happen again.
They were stolen by user name "email@example.com" - We are the owner of the account firstname.lastname@example.org and we have a commercial account.

We do not offer phone support and there is no way for us to contact you directly. The best way to reach us is through the Support Forum or if it is not urgent, you can email us at email@example.com.
For moving the forms, the request should come from the account owner of the account (5Kforms) for security purposes. However, I checked the username (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I didn't found any JotForm account associated with it.
