    Hi,

In the analytics, is there any way I can view the parameters that were passed while viewing the form? I could see that it is being captured during the form submission, but there is no way I can see that for those who viewed the form but didn't submit.

I will explain with my requirement. I've created a form to which am passing xxx_id as parameter. I share the form with 10 people who pass different xxx_ids. One person submits the form. I would like to know who clicked on the link and who hasn't. Is there a way through Analytics I know who with which xxx_id clicked?

    Thanks,

    Leena

    Hi,

I am not sure how you are passing the information, are you passing the parameters via URL?

Please note that the submission data will only be saved in JotForm's end if an actual submission has been done. The Form Analytics in JotForm can only show specific information like the IP address, location and device used. Other parameters cannot be fetched.

If you want to get a more comprehensive analytics, I suggest checking the Google Analytics widget. I believe it could track visitors origin (link it came from and current page link). It can identify the conversion goals, traffic, unique visits, etc... It does not need the form to be submitted to get these details.

So for example, visitor 1 clicks the link https://form.jotform.com/12345678099?id=0001D. The Google Analytics should be able to track that specific link in their record.

    I hope that helps.
