It has been removed. You will need to manually fill out the form for the meantime and check if your able to receive the notification in your email.

I hope this is the place to post this, I know how passionate people get when someone posts in an incorrect place!
email notifications are not working. I have followed all of the FAQ's and read the User Guides as well as reported it to my email provider. No one can help... my email provider said that JotForm emails are not being blocked.
Has JotForm checked out their side to see if something is broken?????
