Hi,
When using the save-form and prepopulate another form environment, blanks between words are removed.
Eg: Field Input = 'Van Dieren'field input in link becomes 'VanDieren'
which means that the customer receives a new form with his name misspelled.
How can I fix this ?Masking?
To make things even more difficult names can consist of 3 or more different text-parts...
https://form.jotformpro.com/70991226903964?session={emailklant}&geboortejaar321={geboortjeaar}&jereferteinkomen={referteloonKlant}&naam318={naam}&voornaam317={voornaam}&commercieelLp={commercieelLp}&klikom398={emailKlant}&klikOm={klikOm}
Name could be something like 'Van Dieren - De Wilde'
Thanks for much appreciated help!

Please refer to the link below:
Pass Value to Another Form with URL Encoding
This will resolve the encoding issue that you might face in text fields.
Thank you
