I created new forms, without the Secure SSL submission format and you're still not allowing any submissions. I don't want the SSL anyway I don't know how I even ended up with that. Can someone please fix this for me? I don't get enough submissions to justify $10/month or more. Thanks!

I didn't check the box for SSL so I have no idea why this is happening.

I have reduced your SSL count to 5 (just this one time) and your forms should be working fine by now. But please make sure you are not using the SSL version to any of your form.
SSL version are using https:// on the form url, so may I kindly ask you to check your forms.
To disable SSL to a particular form, go to Setup & Embed > Embed Form and untick Secure Form. After that you may need grab a new code and embed the form to your website.

That was unchecked for all of my forms. So I have no idea why it happened. But thank you for fixing it.
