How to change the name of the form?

I created a form based on one of your templates - Restaurant Order Form. I changed the name but when I try to post on Facebook, it displays Restaurant Order Form instead of the one I gave it. How can I make it display my name for the form?

Since the name gets cached on Facebook, you may need to create a new clone of the form after making the changes and then share that copy:

Facebook will likely display the old title for the form for quite some time even after it is updated.
