The google doc only catches one of the submissions and misses the rest

I've created a google doc integrated form, and I'm experiencing a weird issue. When the jotform has more than one submission within about 2-3 hours, the google doc only catches one of the forms and misses the rest. Not sure how to fix this problem so the google doc reflects all submissions and doesn't miss any.

Can you please confirm first that this is the form https://www.jotform.us/form/70943914891163 that have issue with google spreadsheet integration?

I reviewed the form for any issue, but what I found is that the form only have 1 existing submission data at this time.

Was there suppose to be more than 1 existing submissions for the form already?

We will wait for your response.

That is actually the wrong form, my apologies. This is the correct form: https://form.jotform.com/70675737879174

It should have 25 submissions but the google doc reflects 24, and it seems like sometimes the jotform entries don't sync to google docs for a few hours. Is there a way to have it sync more frequently?

    Hello OpWarm,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I have pushed the submissions to your integrated google spreadsheet. Can you please check your google spreadsheet and confirm if the missing submission is displayed correctly?

I have also sent a test submission in your form. Could you please check and confirm if my test data is also displayed correctly?

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
