    Why am I intermittently not receiving email notification of a form submission?

    When an application is submitted, the user receives an email indicating that their submission has been received. On the other end, however, we are not receiving notifcation that an application has been submitted. This happens intermittently, not all of the time. 

     

    I have double checked the email addresses and they're correct, and we are notified when we receive spam and the messages have not gone there.

     

    Can you help me figure out what is going on and how to fix the problem?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    It is possible that your mail service provider is filtering some emails from "not real" senders. You may try to switch your Notifications Sender E-mails to "real" noreply@jotform.com sender email address to see if that makes any difference.

    Another option that you can use is to ask your mail service provider to whitelist JotForm IPs.

    @alves2009

    It is happening on your mini contact form? If so, please check your notification settings and set a sender name on it. That might help.

    I have also created a test with your form, check if the test notification landed to your gmail.

    I would also suggest to check the following article as it may help fixed this email issues.
