How do I embed my survey into mailchimp?

    I would like to send out my survey through mailchimp. I tried copy and paste embedded code to mailchimp in the code box and it did not work.

    Unfortunately, it is not allowed to embed forms into emails due to some of the email clients has HTML rendering turned off. However, you can provide the Form Link in your newsletters and ask the users to visit the link.
