    Hello Team


    I would like  to cancel my Bronze upgrade, and return my account to the Free status.


    I have already requested this earlier but its not done.


    Please verify.

    As per your request, I have now cancelled your account. You will be downgrade back to Free user on April 20, 2017. After that, you will not be automatically charged again with $19.00 to your account.
