    When receiving the email form once submited..

    i get the outlook spam message : This sender failed our fraud detection check and may not be who they appear to be.

     

    Is there a way i can make this trusted? Works fine on the jotfrom 'from'

    Did you set your own SMTP email or you're using noreply@jotform.com?

    Also please try adding the email as a contact, that might help.

    using my own info@skytekit.com
    and its sending to doron@skytekit.com so there shouldnt be any issues really however there are. is this something to sort internally to us or a jotform remit? thanks (please make this thread private if not already)

    Hello doron200,

    I would suggest you to please change the "Sender name" of your form's notification email alert to some other name field of your form and see if that solves your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to change "Sender Name":
