I deleted the submissions before downloading them. How to restore deleted submission?

How can I retrieve submissions?

Please note that once you delete a submission records, it is completely deleted from our system. It is not possible to restore the deleted submissions. 

The only possibility is to get the submission data from the submission email which you must have received. You can also check your account email history as well which should help you get a copy of the submission email which was sent.
