Missing data in notification email

    Hi Support


    We updated our Jot Form with a Field asking existing members to add their Guild Membership number if know>

    The form correctly shows this field when they fill the form in - however the email confirmation which comes to us is not showing that important field which we really need.

    Have we missed something here in not inserting this field correctly or what?

    Hi, Colin!

    Please edit your form which you have mentioned and go to your form settings. Then edit your current notification. 

    After this process, please click on the name field and then insert a row after it.

    Then please click on the "Form Fields" menu and select the field which you want to add into your notification e-mail.

    Finally, save your changes.
