How can I rearrange the "Full Name" element so "Last Name" is first and vice versa?

For our records, it is easier to sort our contacts by their last name.

The "Full Name" element is preferable over creating our own elements for each (First and Last), because it has the prefix and suffix options. 

The problem is that when we integrate with Dropbox, the files begin with the users first name. How can we switch them around?

I understand that you want to swap the first name and last name in the name field of your JotForm. Unfortunately, there is no direct option available to swap the first name and last name. However, you may change the Sublabels displayed on the form so that the users can enter in the same pattern. Alternatively, you may also consider using separate fields for Prefix, First Name and Last Name.
