Can we conditionally send an email based on the zip code provided?

We own 9 stores each located in different cities.  Each store is responsible for a list of 15-30 zip codes that surround each store.  How do we set up rules that would send the entry form response to the appropriate store manager based on the form entry zip code?

Example:  Customer from zip code 28805 contacts us through a form submission.  I need that form to be sent to our Asheville, NC store location as well as the President of the company.  Second form comes in from zip code 29572.  I would need that form to be sent to our Myrtle Beach manager as well as the President of the company.

I know you can do this but I'm not sure how to set it up this way.

    Thanks,

I still don't understand how to make this happen.  Can you recommend a third party that could help?  I'm willing to pay a freelancer and need this done right away.

    Thanks,

Hey Jeff, the guide my colleague provided will give you all the things you need to get this done.

The general principle behind this is to use Conditions to conditionally send emails based on the user's answers (in your case, depending on the ZIP code they entered). Your logic would be something like this:

IF ZIP code IS EQUAL TO 28805 THEN send an email to Asheville, NC store location as well as the President of the company

IF ZIP code IS EQUAL TO 29572 THEN send an email to Myrtle Beach manager as well as the President of the company

What you'd need to setup are 2 things:

    1. Email Notifications to specific departments/people

1a. If the content of the email will be the same regardless of whom it will be sent to, then there's no need to create multiple Email Notification templates for each case so you may skip this part.

    Related guide: Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    2. Conditions to match your requirements

The conditions are relatively straight forward and you can find out how to setup one by following the guide I'm resending below.

    Complete guide: How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

If you're looking for freelancers, upwork.com and freelancer.com would be good places to start although if you'd ask me and I'm in your shoes, I'd rather give it a go first by following the guides.

BTW, I just realized after finishing up my reply that you already have an existing thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1128094 where my colleague further explained how to achieve this. To avoid confusion, please don't reply to us via email. Instead, open your other thread by clicking this link, then post your replies from there.
