Our form is integrated with Salesforce but no new leads are being created

    Hi again. I just spoke with our salesforce building team. The form attached is currently integrated correctly with salesforce but no info is being imported and no new leads are being created. Will you check on this for me and let me know what the issues are? Thank you. https://form.jotform.me/70463484634460

    I have tested the form out. Please ask your SalesForce team to check if my name has been added there. They should check the newly created leads section. If no leads have been created, please try to edit or re-integrate the form with Salesforce and just map the name and email fields. Test the form with a different email and check if that works. 

    The Lead Source is mapped with a Dropdown field in the form. Make sure that Lead Source is also a dropdown in your SalesForce section. The field type should match to each other.

    I have checked with our salesforce team and still no new lead is being created. With the form listed above will you check if the test submissions are being logged? And if so are they showing errors? If not I'd like to put someone in contact with our SF case manager so we can resolve the issue.

    I did a test submission your form (https://form.jotform.me/70463484634460). Can you please check if the lead is being created? If still doesn't, please make sure that Salesforce integration is properly set up on your form and fields are correctly mapped. Here's a guide on Flexible Data Integration With Salesforce.
