Are you unable to open/edit form from My Forms folder on your account?
I have logged into your account, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue.
Please try again. You can also try to use some other browser or device.
If the issue still persist on your end, let us know. Also please tell us what does happen, on your end, when you click on Edit Form inside of My Form folder. If some error message is shown, please provide us a screenshot of that message.
