Form data not capturing????

Hi, I raised this earlier. This is a live form and it is rather embarrassing if we have got to ask them to do it again?  

I logged in earlier there were 17 now it is showing only 3? When you view the submissions nothing shows up. However, if I log in using IE it seems to show 4 users. I am nervous about enabling the live link again incase we can't view the submissions.

I checked your form and the submission totals look to be correct.  When I viewed the email history for the form though, it does indeed look like there should be more submissions.  I tried submitting the form and the data was forwarded as expected.
