I created a form but it won't submit - a client told me it wasn't working and then I tried it also. It just says "please wait".
What can I do to fix it? It's not on my website - I just am sending the link to people....

Thank you for contacting us.
Is this happening with embedded form? Could you please provide us with a link to the web page with your form?

NO, it is not embedded. I emailed the link to someone and I tested it myself and cleared caches and then tried a different browser. It still happens.

There is an issue with Encrypt Form Data option on your form. If you do not need that option just turn it off.
If you would like to use the form encryption, switch it from Yes to No, and then back to Yes. It should ask you to generate encryption keys.
It is important to keep a private key file in a safe and secure place. If you lose the private encryption key, your data is gone.
If you need any further assistance on this, please let us know.
