One of the individuals trying to submit a form is getting an error message that says "Processor Decline" - I can't see any issue with the form, and others are coming in. Looking for some assistance as to what might be the issue.

That means that the Payment processor declined the card. It can be that the credit card doesn't have enough money, it is expired or something else.
