We are trying to use a multi-step Jotform for a subscription service. We were originally using a script embed. We ran into issues while testing on an iPad. The form became glitchy and started resizing itself sporadically on the screen. We did not experience this issue on any other device. We then turned to using an iFrame embed. However, with this method, we ran into issues after submitting a step of the form, the page does not scroll to the top of the form for the next step, like it did with the script embed. Being that the steps are relatively long, this is not ideal user experience. Do you have solutions for either of these issues?
Thank you.Page URL:

Please try to re-embed again using the iFrame method. You need to remove the lower part of the code "script". See image below:
You can also copy this code:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame-70874208155963" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotformpro.com/70874208155963" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:539px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>
Hope that helps. If the issue persists, please contact us again.

This method will not work. We cannot have a set height because the form steps drastically differ in length. Can you please look into the issue with the script embed jumping sporadically on a vertical iPad? This happens in both Safari and Chrome. It does not occur on a horizontal iPad or any other device. Thank you.

We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.
I have tested your form on iPad and I have seen the issue.
I have cloned your form named "Subscription Order Form" on my side in order to test it. As far as I see, you do not have a mobile responsive widget in your form in order to make it responsive on tablets.
Please add a mobile responsive widget to your form as you can see the screenshot below:
After adding a mobile responsive widget to your form, I did not see any problem on the form as you can see the screenshot below:
However, this is not the embedded version of the form. Please test.
Moreover, I have seen that you have a lot of CSS codes injected to the form. These codes might affect the form on mobile. You might need to re-inject those CSS codes with media queries.
Please try and if the issue still persists, let us know. We will be glad to help you.

We added the mobile responsive widget and are still experiencing the same issue. Is there anything else we can try?
