Can I send a follow up email to survey respondents?

I would like to provide additional information (ie password) for our website, for those people who have opted in via the JotForm. Is there a way to send a reply email?

You can indeed send a follow up email to users filling out the form.  This can be done by setting up an autoresponder email:

You can customized the contents of that email to include your message.
